Operation "cut it off"

Ended up at my dermatologist to remove a skin growth. What they call in this country by the poétic expression "corps charnu".....that kept worrying me, as it just bled incessantly for the past three day.

The local anesthesic was a killer.....you could feel the liquid burning under your skin. The whole surgical operation was done quite quickly and I left the practice 45€ poorer and with the sense of having lost what made me famous and sought after: the third tit. The funny thing was that I had to post my own  piece of flesh for analysis.....
