Lost luggage

1h45 time it took me to get from mumsy's to the old town....a trip that usually takes 45 minutes tops! I do wonder how people cope with all these traffic jams and neanderthal style of driving (and the women drivers are not better). Managed to do my last minute shopping before heading to the airport. The Alitalia desk girl was really lovely as she let me go even though I did pulverise my weight allowance (50 kg!!!). Once passed passport control (a formality.....I think I will come back from x'mas if things keep going like that) got to go to the lounge (Tripoli is indeed getting on the sophistication lane) where I feasted on food as I knew the Alitalia flight would not offer any decent grubb for the length of the flight.

My Nokia 5310 died on me at the airport, the screen went just black when I was trying to unlock the keypad. Taking the battery out and in again nor trying to charge the phone did help bringing it back to life.....I suspect the phone is a dud.....or I was hit by the evil eye as everyone was green with envy when I did show it.

Paris..oh Paris...my suitcase came out quite quickly but the rugg did not. After waiting for 35 minutes, did put a claim and it appears that the rugg is in Malpensa. As every cloud has a silver lining that means I will not have to carry it all the way home but it shall be delivered....yes!!!!

Home sweet home....phone is still dead (the 5310)...anyone got an idea of how to make it work again?
